ENSEPULCHER "No Sanctity In Death" Demo
ENSEPULCHER is a band from Fresno, California, formed
by Adam Camara (Guitar/Bass/Vocals) and Johnny Valles (Drums). "No Sanctity In Death" is their first demo tape released earlier this year throough Transylvanian Tapes and now released again by Blood Harvest Records.
Straight to the bones, raw oldschool (Swedish)
death metal with some punkish influences, the longest track is the last track “Funeral
Cessation” (02:21) but you get good classic death metal riffing entwined with mid-tempo
parts for you to headbang with pleasure. Nothing new (who cares) but effective and
enjoyable, so I´m Curious for their next release, that will be released by
Blood Harvest!

WATAIN announced a new album for next year, to be released on 5th January 2018. No further details have been revealed yet besides the date
release, line-up and dates for the European album release tour, which you cans

SATYRICON "Deep Calleth Upon Deep" New LP
Rock ´n Roll baby!, yeah Norwegian Black Metallers
(whaaaat????!) SATYRICON unveiled details of the upcoming album "Deep calleth upon Deep" coming out next 22nd September via Napalm Records.
The Album was recorded in Oslo and Vancouver during early 2017. Frontman Satyr spke regarding this new release:
“Approaching this release, what I always kept in mind
is that either this is the beginning of something new or it’s gonna be my last
record. If this is going to be the last, then it needs to be something special.
If there are more records, then I’d better make sure that this is so different
from the last one that it feels like a new beginning. I think it’s really,
really dark, very spiritual and filled with confidence and energy.
The way that I see it is that for any art, be it SATYRICON or any other form of art with
substance, in order for you to be able to inhale and completely understand it,
it will take a little bit of you as well. If you get it all after a couple of
listens, you know that it probably won’t stay with you. So the title is saying,
‘From the depth of the people making this record to the depth of the listener…’
If you want to take part in this journey, you should be prepared to dig deep
down in the darkest corner of your soul with us."
Some people is complaining about the cool cover
artwork or so it seems, but I like it, let´s see if the music is as interesting
as song titles like “Blood Cracks Open the Ground" The Ghost of Rome" or "Balck Wings and Withering Gloom"

INCANTATION "Rotting Spiritual Embodiment" Live 1991
A live album by INCANTATION recorded in 1991 have just
been releasesd by Neroharmonic Productions.
“Rotting Spiritual Embodiment” was recorded in Rhode Island, has been
remastered by Dan Swano in June 2017 and includes pre “Onward To Golgotha”
period classic tracks featuring the old school line-up: (Craig Pillard, guitar/vocals
- John McEntee, guitar - Jim Roe, drums and Ronnie Deo, bass).

BLACK BLOOD INVOCATION S/T Debut Demo
Greek black metallers BLACK BLOOD INVOCATION formed by
Nyogtha (Cult Of Eibon-Hate Manifesto) and Xexanoth (Goat Synagogue) released
earlier this year their self-titled debut demo, demo on cassete tape, If
you missed it now you have a second chance as Deathrune Records recently
released the CD version.
Don´t expect “Classic Hellenic” black metal here, this
is raw direct, filthy Black Metal in the vein of Beherit.
The three tracks + intro are really good but “Ceremonial
Worship Of An Ancient God” is a great occult track, and really leaves me longing for their next release, hopefully a
full-length!
